On December 8, 2020, our Holy Father, Pope Francis, proclaimed a special Year of Saint Joseph to honor the 150th anniversary of Blessed Pope Pius IX’s declaration of Saint Joseph as Patron of the Universal Church. In honor of Saint Joseph, a special vigil lamp will burn before the statue of Saint Joseph in Saint Matthew Church.

We are working hard to provide Live Masses to our parishioners, as well recorded Mass that you can watch later in the day, all with better video and sound quality. With the retirement of Deacon Paul, the position of Lifelong Faith Formation Coordinator was created. I am happy to announce that Jessica Rice has accepted this position. In this role, Jessica will be an essential part of the pastoral team. She will join the mission of helping each of us to grow a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Due to the pandemic protocols, limits on gatherings, social distancing, and the health and safety of our community, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's Funshine Fair. We hope to have some type of event in the fall, but we are waiting to see what protocols and limitations we have in the future. We hope that we will see you at the 2021 Funshine Fair.
Starting Monday April 6 the food pantry will begin a drive thru pick up. Clients are asked to form a line of vehicles. There will be people directing traffic. We ask that you remain in your car. There is NO ENTRY into the building.
